Review: spell the words

1. Say a word from the review list (phone, happier, near, photo, happiest and clear); your child says its sounds and writes it.
2. Check each one together and fix any letter that is off.
3. Then your child writes one sentence using two of the words.

1. Write about something that was hard this year and how you got better at it.
2. Your child writes about their year: what they learned, what was hard, and what they want to learn next.

1. Solve 468 + 275 and 702 − 348, with blocks or on paper.
2. Check each one with an estimate.
