Reading30 min
Read: Heron Feels Left Out
- Your child reads it aloud to you, then reads one page again with expression, the way a character would say it.
- When your child is stuck, say the first sound and let them finish the word, rather than saying the whole word.
- Afterward, ask your child to tell it back: what happened first, next and last?

Read-aloud: The Wolf in Sheep's Clothing
- Read “The Wolf in Sheep's Clothing” aloud, and let your child turn the pages.
