  3. Afterward, ask your child to tell it back: what happened first, next and last?

Hiding counters

  1. Put 5 counters under a cup, then take some out where your child can see.
  2. How many are still hiding? Lift the cup to check.

Roll or slide?

  1. Race a ball, a block and a toy car down the ramp.
  2. Which rolls? Which slides? Which wins?

Read-aloud: Look at the Big Pig

  1. Read “Look at the Big Pig” aloud, and let your child turn the pages.
  2. Afterward, ask: who was your favorite in the story, and why?
  3. On the read-along you can show the pages on a big screen, or let it read the words aloud while each one lights up.
