Which letter?

To: County superintendent or county board. · When: When you start; for a child in public school, on or before the day home instruction begins. · West Virginia's own notice, with the lines its law lists: the letter of intent maker.

What West Virginia's law asks the notice to give: When you start home instruction, give the county superintendent or county board a notice of intent with the name, address and age of each child of compulsory age and your assurance of instruction in reading, language, mathematics, science and social studies and yearly assessment. The WV Department of Education calls it a one-time notice. If your child is in public school, give it on or before the day home instruction starts. Tell the county superintendent when home instruction ends. If you move to a new county, notify the old county superintendent and send a new notice to the new one. Put each item in the details box, one a line.
