ESA and voucher money for homeschoolers, state by state

Which states have an education savings account or voucher a homeschool family can use, and what taking the money does to your homeschool status.

This is general information, not legal advice; check your state's own page. Laws change, and each state's own statute and education department are the final word. The links below go straight to them.

Taking ESA or voucher money often changes a child's legal status: in several states a family that takes it is no longer homeschooling under the homeschool law and follows the program's contract instead. Each state page leads with that. Peabody Teach sells nothing and is not a vendor in any program; there are no affiliate links here.
