How to use it
- Type the student's name and, if you like, the name of your school or program. Both stay on this computer.
- Choose the title and the wording, or write your own, then set the date it is awarded.
- Pick a border and a color, and decide whether the diploma has a decorative seal or an empty ring for a gold sticker.
- Press Print. Choose “Save as PDF” in the print window to keep a copy. Sign it with a pen after printing.
Ideas for class
- Print on heavy or cream paper for the ceremony, and a plain copy on ordinary paper for your records.
- Put the full date, month, day and year, so the record shows exactly when the student graduated.
- Use the second signature line for a co-teacher, a tutor or a co-op director.
- Print a Certificate of Completion for a middle school year or a course, with the same border.

Is a diploma I print here a real diploma?
It is a record issued by you or your school, not by a state. Whether a college, an employer, the military or a program accepts it, and what else they ask for, is up to them. Ask early what they want to see, and keep the transcript and course descriptions with it.
Does the seal make it official?
No. The star is decoration, and the ring is empty so you can add a gold sticker. Neither says who issued the diploma. The wording makes no claim of accreditation; change it to say what is true for your school.
Are the student's name and the school saved or sent?
They are kept in this browser so they are here next time, and nowhere else. They are never sent to us and never put in a link. Clear your browser's site data to remove them.
Is there a watermark?
No. There is a small line of credit at the very bottom edge that you can trim off, and nothing else.
What paper does it print on?
US Letter or A4, landscape. Choose the paper below the controls. Most home printers leave a quarter-inch margin, and the borders sit inside it.
