Bridgeway Academy
Bridgeway Academy is an accredited homeschool academy that has run for over 35 years, for pre-K to 12th grade. Families choose self-paced textbook courses, live online classes with certified teachers, or a blend, and each family works with a dedicated advisor who builds a custom learning plan. It also offers accreditation alone for families who use their own curriculum.

What it does well
- A dedicated advisor builds the plan and stays with the family, so the parent is not choosing courses alone.
- Families can mix self-paced textbook courses with live online classes taught by certified teachers.
- Accreditation and official transcripts are part of full enrollment, which helps in the high school years.
- A separate program supports children with learning differences, gifted children and twice-exceptional learners.
Watch for
- Full enrollment costs several thousand dollars a year per child, far more than buying a curriculum.
- Even single courses are $950 or more each a year.
- The programs page does not say which curriculum publishers it uses, so ask what a grade's courses are before you enroll.
- The higher-support programs cost more again: $10,185 a year for Premium and $12,125 for Nobilis.
It fits
A family that wants an accredited school to plan, grade and keep records, with live teachers and an advisor on call.
It doesn’t fit
A family on a tight budget, or one that wants to choose its own books and teach every subject itself.

What we read, and how we label
Every fact on a card was read on the publisher's own website on the date shown, and the page it came from is linked. A fact we could not confirm there is left out. Costs are for one child and one year of the main package, as the publisher's page showed them that day; prices and sales change. Method and format are the publisher's own description where it gives one. The only thing we say about religion is one label, secular or faith-based, given by the rule above; where the publisher's pages don't settle it, the card has no label.
The publisher’s pages we read on October 31, 2026:
