Homeschool co-op sign-up sheet
List the classes, print a sheet families sign at the meeting, keep the roster and count volunteer hours. Free, no account, and it stays in this browser.
Co-op sign-up 0.1.0 · kept in this browser · nothing about your children is stored by us
1. The classes
| Class | Ages | Day | Time | Room | Teacher (initials) | Seats | Fee | Materials |
|---|
The link shows families what is offered: titles, ages, rooms, times, seats, fees and materials. It carries nothing else, and the part after # never reaches any server.
2. Who signed up
Name a class above first.
3. Volunteer jobs and hours
Leave the adult or the hours blank for a job nobody has taken yet, and fill them in later.
How a homeschool co-op runs sign-ups without a website
- Type the term's classes above: title, ages, day and time, room, seats, fee and materials.
- Copy the class link and send it to families, so they see what is offered before the meeting. It holds the classes and nothing else.
- Print the sign-up sheet. Families write a first name or initials and an age band on the lines under each class.
- Type the sheet into the roster here, then print a roster per class for each teacher.
- Keep the volunteer jobs and hours as the term goes; print each adult's hours when the co-op asks.

What stays private
The class list, roster and hours are kept in this browser only. Children appear as a first name or initials with an age band; there is no surname, phone or email field. Save the hours as a file to move them to another device.
Planning the day itself? The co-ops page has the schedule builder and how to find or start a co-op.
