Ten states with no homeschool notice

Ours is not on this list: it is built from Peabody's checked state records, not from products.

In Alaska, Idaho, Michigan, Oklahoma and Texas the checked records found no rule to tell the state or the school district that you homeschool. In Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and New Hampshire notice is optional or needed only in some cases. No notice is not no law: subjects, attendance or record rules may still apply, so read the state page.
