Beautiful Feet Books
Beautiful Feet Books sells literature-based history, geography and science studies for kindergarten to 12th grade, each written for a span of grades so siblings can learn together. A pack holds a teacher guide with daily lessons, discussion questions, activities, recipes and answer keys, plus the children's books the study is built on, a timeline and a notebook. The publisher suggests about 30 to 45 minutes a lesson in K to 3rd grade, an hour in 4th to 8th and up to two hours in high school.

What it does well
- Each study covers a span of grades, such as 4th to 6th, so children of different ages can share the same books and lessons.
- A pack is complete for the year: the teacher guide holds daily lessons, questions and answer keys, and the books, timeline and notebook come with it.
- Activities are optional and the pace is flexible, so you can move quickly through a topic or slow down where your child is curious.
- Free teacher guide samples are posted, and the publisher accepts returns of any product within 90 days.
Watch for
- Packs cost more up front because they include every book: the 4th to 6th grade Early American History pack is $255.95.
- The publisher recommends a separate timeline and notebook for each child, so siblings add to the cost.
- High school lessons run about one and a half to two hours each.
- It does not cover math, phonics or grammar, so it is one part of a full school year.
It fits
A family that wants to teach history and geography through real books read aloud together, with discussion rather than worksheets, across several grades at once.
It doesn’t fit
A family that wants a textbook with tests and grades, or a low-cost history option.

What we read, and how we label
Every fact on a card was read on the publisher's own website on the date shown, and the page it came from is linked. A fact we could not confirm there is left out. Costs are for one child and one year of the main package, as the publisher's page showed them that day; prices and sales change. Method and format are the publisher's own description where it gives one. The only thing we say about religion is one label, secular or faith-based, given by the rule above; where the publisher's pages don't settle it, the card has no label.
